Am I ever glad Ian is back from Bolivia!! Today was my first day of work and I got up bright and early so I could get to work on time. My plans were foiled when I reached for the bedroom door handle and realized it was stuck – we were locked in! Panic set in, and of course I didn’t have a set of keys in the bedroom, nor a phone. The windows don’t open either!
Thank goodness Ian was able to get the door to open, eventually, after using a pair of tweezers and fiddling with the mechanism. I got to work on time, but the adrenaline and stress hormones were still rushing, hours later. What a way to start, eh?

You got stuck in the bedroom? How bizarre! (wait, you close your bedroom door at night? do you have housemates?) Way to go Ian for picking the lock!
No, we don’t usually close the bedroom door, but I guess it must have somehow shut. Thank goodness for Ian!
