Another weekend, another trip. I spent this past weekend in Whistler with my parents and sister, as a get-away for my mom’s birthday.
I booked a condo with private hot tub online but we were upgraded to a much nicer and bigger condo sleeping 8, also with private hot tub. The downside: it was at the very top end of Upper Village, so not exactly walkable to Whistler Village itself.
Unfortunately, the weather for most of the weekend looked like this, or worse:
… so we spent much of the weekend sitting in the hot tub, drinking red wine, eating, and playing lots of Settlers of Catan and Bohnanza!
Pretty fun and relaxing … hope this one becomes an annual event too!
We have the Bohnanza game too! But I can’t remember if we’ve ever played it.
