There’s no* crazy shopping in Edinburgh on Boxing Day like there is in Vancouver … I think maybe they leave that for the January sales? We took a nice long walk today and watched Deja Vu at Ocean Terminal - not a bad movie. As Ian says, anything with his hero Denzel is good.
I’m looking forward to next week. We have lots planned for Hogmanay and Ali’s visit!
* I guess we went shopping in the wrong place! Apparently there is crazy Boxing Day shopping in Edinburgh - people lined up at 4 am, and the escalator at Harvey Nichols broke because there were too many people on it!
